Exceed Reading Stars (ERS): Organisational Background and Aims Organisation Background Exceed Reading Stars (ERS) is a youth-led, holistic educational support service dedicated to fostering the development and success of children and young people, with a special focus on disadvantaged and underrepresented groups, including BAME communities. Our programme is structured around four key pillars, each designed to address various aspects of personal and community growth. Through our comprehensive approach, we aim to empower all children and young people by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities necessary for their academic and personal success.
