A summary
Adventure Days: Mini Medics is an exciting and engaging programme designed especially for children aged 5–11 years old. This fun, hands-on experience introduces young participants to basic first aid and life-saving skills in a safe, supportive environment, helping to build confidence, awareness, and teamwork. Throughout the day, children will take part in interactive activities such as learning how to respond in an emergency, understanding how to care for minor injuries, and practising simple first aid techniques through games and scenarios. The session is designed to be age-appropriate, practical, and enjoyable, ensuring every child feels involved and empowered. A key highlight of the programme is a Search and Rescue team-building activity, where participants will work together to solve challenges, locate a “casualty,” and apply the skills they’ve learned. This activity encourages communication, problem-solving, and teamwork while bringing the Mini Medics theme to life in an exciting, adventurous way. Overall, Mini Medics is a fantastic opportunity for young people to gain valuable life skills while having fun and building confidence.
