A summary
Welcome to Entrust Adventure Days: Skills Edition, designed for young people aged 11–16 who want to build confidence and develop their abilities in target sports and biking. This specialised programme combines the excitement of adventure days with a focused opportunity to improve skills, try new challenges, and progress in a supportive and engaging environment. At Entrust Adventure Days: Skills Edition, sessions are structured to help participants develop their technique, confidence, and overall ability through a range of challenges. Biking: Participants will take part in biking sessions designed to build confidence, control, and riding skills across a variety of terrain. Sessions focus on developing balance, safe handling, and technique, helping young people progress their ability in a fun and supportive environment. Please note that this activity is aimed at those who can already ride a bike independently, as sessions are focused on developing and enhancing existing skills rather than learning from scratch. Please note: Participants must already be able to confidently ride a bike to take part in the Biking Skills activity. Target Sports: Participants will have the opportunity to develop their accuracy, control, and focus through a range of exciting target sports. Activities include archery, where young people learn proper technique and aiming skills; axe throwing, building coordination and confidence in a safe, supervised setting; and rifle shooting, where they can improve precision and discipline. Many local young people have fond memories of visiting our centres on school trips. Now, Skills Edition offers the chance to return with a fresh focus—developing existing interests and building new abilities. For those joining us for the first time, this programme provides the perfect introduction to outdoor adventure while gaining valuable skills. Our familiar and welcoming environment ensures every participant feels supported, challenged, and excited to take part.
