Our curriculum
Our curriculum is designed by an occupational therapist and focuses on nurturing children’s social skills and emotional literacy in a fun, supportive environment. Our inclusive approach ensures the program is suitable for all children, including those who are neurotypical and those who are neurodiverse. The program features engaging, play-based activities such as cooperative games, role-playing, art projects, and sensory-friendly exercises. A nutritious breakfast and lunch will be provided to keep children energized throughout the day.

Fun Therapy: Emotion in Motion
Developing emotional and social superpowers
We are a holistic and inclusive occupational therapy-based kids' club that helps children develop social and emotional skills using fun, exciting, and creative activities and games. Our programme was developed by an occupational therapist to help your child improve: emotional intelligence confidence empathy social skills communication skills self-compassion
Ideal for kids who:
• Have difficulty forming and maintaining friendships. • Have difficulty managing stress, anger, and frustration • Have difficulty seeing others' point of view • Struggle with understanding and responding appropriately to social cues. • Tend to exhibit withdrawn behaviour in social situations. • Often engage in impulsive or disruptive behaviours.
Learning aims
Aim 1
Develop emotion regulatory skills including recognising and understanding their own and others emotions, particularly focused on dealing with difficult emotions.
Aim 3
Develop self-confidence in group settings and strengthen friendship-building skills. Improve social skills, including cooperation, sharing, and turn-taking.
Aim 5
Strengthen empathy and the ability to consider other people's feelings and perspectives.
Aim 2
Cultivate self-compassion and a positive sense of self-worth.
Aim 4
Develop conflict resolution skills.
What is OT?
Occupational Therapists help children improve their physical / mental health and wellbeing by empowering them to achieve their optimal level of functional independence with activities of daily living (such as hand writing, socialising, tying shoes, etc).
