Education Solution Circles block mentored by Adoption East Midlands
A summary
A solution circle assumes and demonstrates that nearby people - in any community or workplace - have the capacity to help. And by listening to the challenges of others, everyone can find solutions to their own problems. Each session is 1.5 hours long. Each session requires two adopters who will present their problem to the wider group (referred to as the ‘Problem Presenters’). We also need other adopters to join in a supportive capacity (referred to as the ‘Creative Team’). The creative team members plays a vital role in generating ideas and potential solutions to the problem presented. You will get the opportunity to listen and express your ideas and share your experiences of the problem to the presenter. Our two education support workers will take the role of leading the solution circles and scribing the thoughts and reflections of the group.
