A summary
During the eight days the children will take part in a range of wellbeing activities led by our team of specialists. The children will take part in a range of traditional sports such as football, tag-rugby, dodgeball, athletics and cricket. They will learn about health and nutrition and making healthy choices. They will spend time cooking, gardening and completing art and craft activities. All activities and sessions will be delivered with a focus on developing the physical wellbeing of the young people but also with an additional focus on the impact this can have on mental wellbeing.
Young people will be encouraged to engage socially with different groups and ages throughout the weeks.
