What we'll do
Welcome to the Henry Programme (Health, Exercise and Nutrition for the really young). Henry is a programme supporting families to adopt a healthier lifestyle. The Henry approach brings together support and information about nutrition, physical activity, oral health, reducing screen time, fussy eating plus much more. We work alongside you to make sustained changes to your family’s lifestyle, health and well-being that work for you. Free creche places are available to enable you to join the group.

Accessing services from a Family Hub is simple. You can walk in, contact us via telephone or email, or a professional can connect you.
