Easter School Holiday Club block mentored by Box HIIT Amateur Boxing Club

A summary

Box HIIT A.B.C and Box HIIT Gym are delighted to be able to offer another boxing themed holiday club. The club will run across 4 days and include a variety of non-contact boxing activities, crafts, team games and healthy eating sessions. Every child in receipt of free school meals has the option to receive a hot meal for lunch. The club will focus on teaching children the boxing fundamentals without any contact. Learning these fundamentals often helps with discipline, self defence, self confidence and activity levels. We welcome children aged 5-15 and activities offered will be adapted depending on the child's age. Our experienced coaches will deliver engaging activities throughout the day and present awards to children at the end of the week, who they feel have excelled or improved in a particular area. Please only book dates that you fully intend to commit to and if your child can no longer attend please do give us plenty of notice. Your child can attend 1 or more days, please book the dates required. The times are 10am-3pm. Dates, subject to availability:

Boxing for all levels and ages!

Established in 2019, Box HIIT strives to offer fitness and boxing for all levels, whether you’re training for fun, to develop a new skill or have goals to box competitively. We welcome adults and children of all levels. Our core goals are to build confidence, increase both physical and mental wellbeing and to deliver technical boxing sessions, without the bad habits.
