A summary
With the theme “Healthy Body, Healthy Mind,” we are looking forward to an exciting week of activities. Our interactive learning zone will explore the Eatwell Guide, share simple and nutritious meal ideas, and encourage discussion about why physical activity and personal hygiene are important for overall wellbeing. On Friday, children will take part in hands-on food preparation and cooking activities. Each day will include physical activity focused on developing functional movement skills, as well as fun, competitive team games designed to build confidence, character, and resilience in a safe and inclusive environment. We are delighted to include a day’s excursion to Leicester Outdoor Pursuits Centre on Wednesday 8th April. A coach will collect us from the stadium at 10:15 and return at 14:30. On Friday, we will be joined by Chartwells Catering, who will host a food workshop where the children will prepare a healthy soup.

About your mentor
Leicester Tigers Foundation
Learning beyond the classroom
The Leicester Tigers Foundation is the official charity of Leicester Tigers, using the power and values of sport to positively change lives across our community. Our mentors are fully qualified sports coaches who deliver high-quality programmes designed to engage, inspire, and educate. Through a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, we help young people develop not only their physical skills, but also their confidence, resilience, and character. Our coaches understand that every child is different. They provide encouragement, clear guidance, and positive role modelling to ensure all children feel valued and supported. Whether building teamwork skills, developing healthy habits, or simply growing in confidence, our mentors work closely with each child to help them reach their full potential. From promoting healthier lifestyles and championing inclusivity, to preserving the rich history of our club and region, we are committed to creating a lasting and meaningful impact.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
