Our Easter Gymnastics Tumble Camp at Hilsea runs from 10am to 3pm and provides the perfect opportunity for children aged 5-15 years to explore the world of gymnastics in a supportive and engaging environment - with a focus on tumble skills! Gymnasts will have access to top-notch British Gymnastics equipment, including the beam, bars, vault, trampolines, air tracks and air pits. Under the guidance of fully qualified British Gymnastics coaches, children will have the chance to try out these exciting apparatuses and learn new skills. We know that a full day of activity requires good nutrition; that's why snacks and a healthy lunch are provided to all campers. Our meals are thoughtfully planned to ensure they are both delicious and nutritious, giving children the energy they need to keep moving throughout the day. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity for your child to learn something new, stay active, have fun and make friends. Our day camp is open to children aged 5-15 years, of all skill levels, and we welcome everyone with open arms.

Viva Gymnastics Club
Making Gymnastics Accessible for Every Child
Viva Gymnastics Club was set up in 2018 to provide gymnastics sessions to children in the Portsmouth area, including those with a variety of disabilities and additional needs who have often found themselves excluded from the sport of gymnastics In 2020, our Club faced the many challenges of the COVID pandemic and continued to provide gymnastics activities to children via Zoom and, when allowed, via outdoor sessions near Southsea Common. The Club and its members supported each other through this difficult time. ​ Our Club is now a registered charity and has the objective of ensuring that disabilities and additional needs are not a barrier to participation in gymnastics. In addition to its growing SEND programme, the Club provides fun and advanced gymnastics sessions for children of all ages and abilities. ​ Our coaches, support staff and volunteers are passionate, kind, supportive and experienced people with a wealth of experience in gymnastics and in special educational teaching.​ Kindness is at our core.
What you'll need
It's important to stay hydrated during physical activity, so gymnasts please ensure you bring a full water bottle with you; we also have a water refill station. Please also ensure that gymnasts are dressed appropriately for the sport - ie, in leggings or shorts, a t-shirt, a jumper or hoodie - in other words, layers of comfortable clothing they can jump around in!
How to find us
We are based at the Skill Centre in Limberline Spur, off Norway Road in Hilsea, where you can also find Lidl and the Toby Carvery. At the roundabout near Lidl, turn off at Gunstore Road, go left onto Limberline Road and right onto Limberline Spur, then follow the road all the way round to the gates of the Skill Centre. Turn left through the gates and you'll see us on your right at Unit 8D, past which there are some dedicated parking spaces with Viva Gymnastics signs.
