Both Multi Activity and Fun Football Camps will be run at the same venue but will be two separate holiday camps to ensure there is something for everyone whilst also making it accessible and easy for parents/carers to book siblings onto different camps. We look forward to seeing you all there! FUN FOOTBALL CAMP Join us for a fun filled day of football! Loads of fun activities to explore and enjoy such as: * Football Matches * Football Skill Drills * Goalkeeping Drills * Shooting Drills * FootGolf * Football Tennis * Football Rounders * World Cup/Wembley * Tournaments and Competitions Fun for all no matter of your age or ability! What to bring: * Packed Lunch * Breaktime Snacks * Refillable Water Bottle * Change of clothing (expect to get muddy!) * Football Boots and Astro Turf Trainers Advised Our Fun Football day consist of a varied option of football based games and activities including Football Tennis, Foot Golf, Football Rounders, Shooting Drills, Tournaments, Skill Activities, Goalkeeping Drills, Matches, Individual Challenges and many more, so there is something for everyone! MULTI ACTIVITY CAMP Come and join us for our Multi Activity Holiday Camp, with plenty of activities including: * A Wide Selection of Sports * Fencing * Gymnastics * Dance * Painting * Art and Craft Activities * Movies *Party Games *Adventure Games *Team Building Games *Circle Games What to bring: * Packed Lunch * Breaktime Snacks * Refillable Water Bottle * Spare Clothes Our Multi Activity day consist of a varied option of 3 sporting activities, 3 art and craft activities and 3 fun party/team activities so there is something for everyone! Daily Menu Choices
Our daily menu choices changes each day to ensure all children experience a wide variety of healthy and nutritious meals throughout the week: Monday (14th April 2025) Cottage Pie with mashed potatoes and peas. Followed by fruit yoghurt Vegan alternative: Jacket Potato, baked beans, Vegan grated cheese and crudities. Tuesday (15th April 2025) Hot Dogs: 2 Sausages, hot dog roll, baked beans and corn on the cob. Followed by chocolate orange cake Veg/Vegan alternative: Vegan Quorn sausages, hot dog roll, baked beans and corn on the cob. Wednesday (16th April 2025) Pasta Bolognese with grated cheese. Followed by vegan jelly Veg/Vegan alternative: Vegetable Bolognese with vegan grated cheese. Followed by coconut yoghurt for vegans and dairy free. Thursday (17th April 2025) Jacket Potato, baked beans, grated cheese and crudities. Followed by flapjack Vegan alternative: Jacket Potato, baked beans, Vegan grated cheese and crudities.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds are given except in the case of a cancellation by the Mentor.Cancellation Notice and Charges: • It is the account holder’s responsibility to cancel sessions. • Any booked sessions which are not attended are still charged unless 7 days’ notice is given. • Parents must inform Active Education Sussex by phone or email if their children are arriving late at an after-school club or holiday camp. • For Breakfast and After School clubs we are not able to swap sessions unless the 7 days’ notice is given. • Holiday booking day swaps can only be made subject to availability and with a minimum of 7 days’ notice of the session you want to change. This must be done by email to the Active Education Sussex Office. • Any booked sessions which are not attended are still charged. • All bookings must be made prior to arriving onsite. If you arrive at a site and have not booked your child will not be accepted until a booking is made. • It is the parents’ responsibility to inform the school if their child is attending after school club. • It is the parents’ responsibility to let the school know of any late cancellations.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
