E2 - SEND - HAF Summer block mentored by E2

A summary

Our SEND provision is designed to be fully accessible for young people who require additional support. We provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment ensuring that every child has the opportunity to take part. . Sessions run on a first-come, first-served basis. Activities are carefully planned to engage all abilities and include sensory play, arts and crafts, role play, dressing up, soft play, and a dedicated area filled with a variety of sensory toys. Our space encourages creativity, exploration, and social interaction while allowing each child to engage at their own pace in a supportive setting. We offer both 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 support, but may ask parents to support if absolutely necessary. Changing needs can be accommodated within this provision; however, parents are required to complete E2’s Intimate Personal Care form, confirming their consent for their child to be changed when required. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Where possible, our team aims to split the groups as evenly as possible to ensure that every young person receives the care and attention they need and deserve. This means that if we identify multiple young people requiring 2:1 or 1:1 support within the same group, we may ask parents to swap groups to help maintain a fair and balanced ratio across sessions. Any parents affected will be contacted directly by a member of the team. Please note that we will only request these changes where absolutely necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Due to high demand for bookings, parents who consistently do not attend without prior notification may risk losing their place. In such cases, the space may be offered to another child on the waiting list.
