A summary
Participants will start their day by enjoying a nutritious breakfast, giving them the energy they need for a fun-filled morning. After breakfast, they can choose from a variety of engaging games or spend time exploring our PS4 consoles, diving into their favourite games in a relaxed and social environment. Once they’re ready, they will move on to take part in two hours of exciting, non-contact boxing activities designed to teach skills, build confidence, and encourage fitness in a safe and supportive setting, before ending the day with a yummy meal for their lunch.
