What we'll do

The Dynamic Coaching inclusive Multi sports HAF Programme will implement a high quality programme of activities, mixed games and team sports for young people. We have produced a high quality programme with the necessary staff support, interactive activities and positive role models. The programme will include enrichment activities and healthy eating sessions. We’re talking fun-packed games, hands-on activities, and interactive experiences. Think arts, sports, cooking, and a whole lot of fun. Delicious healthy food, snacks and drinks will be on the menu. Packed lunches ARE NOT required if you are entitled to Targeted (benefit related) free school meals. If you are not eligible for Targeted (benefit related) free school meals and would like to book a space on our camp please contact admin@dynamicmail.co.uk to book your space - those who are not eligible for Targeted (benefit related) free school meals will need to bring along a packed lunch (no nuts or fizzy drinks allowed) We are a nut-free site to keep everyone safe, especially those with allergies! ⚠️ Important attendance info: We operate a 2-strike rule — if your child or young person misses two sessions in a row without informing us, future bookings will be cancelled. This helps us make space for other families to enjoy the experience too. Let us know by contacting our team — full contact details are below. Please note that the HAF provision is in high demand, if you would like to cancel this will need to be done at least 24 hours before your booked session or if you wish to cancel less than 24 hours before please do so by calling or texting 07756 826105 or emailing monitoring@dynamicmail.co.uk Please note that while we welcome children with low-level SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), this programme does not offer a SEND-specific structure and is unable to provide 1:1 or 1:2 staffing ratios. If you are booking a child with low-level SEND needs onto the camp, we kindly request that parents contact our team in advance to discuss their child's specific needs. This will help us ensure we provide the best possible support for your child during the programme. We encourage families with children who have higher levels of SEND needs requiring specific support beyond what we can accommodate to reach out to us. Diversity & Inclusion in Action

We provide activities, support, education and mentoring to our communities with the main goal of enhancing young lives. This is primarily through the provision of multi-sports sessions in schools and colleges throughout South London and Kent; however, we also offer a range of other programmes and projects to this end. These include: traineeship schemes for young people aged 16 years plus, weekend and school holiday multi-sports camps for children aged 5-15 years, and our SEND multi-sports provision.

Learning aims

Aim 1

Positive social interactions with peers in a nurturing environment. Supported by skilled coaches, we aim to deliver sports and activities that promote teamwork, resilience, and persistence—qualities essential for building confidence in children and young people. By engaging in group activities and overcoming challenges together, participants develop valuable social skills and a stronger sense of self-belief.

Aim 2

Being Physically Active and Exercising Our HAF provision encourages young people to be physically active and to enjoy the benefits of exercise. Our coaches offer a wide range of sports and activities throughout the sessions, ensuring variety and excitement. We also provide unique sporting opportunities, introducing participants to new and emerging sports. This exposure allows them to learn new skills, develop their confidence, and build a lasting enjoyment of being physically active. Our aim is to foster a love for movement and exercise, promoting both physical and mental well-being.

Aim 3

Social Skills Our goal is to offer a variety of enriching, sports-based activities that cater to a wide range of interests, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We prioritise communication and the improvement of social skills in all our programmes. Our coaches facilitate activities that require teamwork and interaction with peers, fostering important communication skills. Additionally, we encourage young people to engage in group discussions on relevant topics, such as current issues and healthy eating, helping to further develop their social awareness and collaborative abilities.
