A summary
Join us for an exciting day out at Drayton Manor Theme Park, one of the UK's most popular family attractions. This activity offers children and young people the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of rides, attractions and entertainment while building confidence, independence and social skills in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will be supported by experienced staff throughout the day and encouraged to engage with others, make choices about activities they would like to take part in and develop community access skills. The day may include exploring themed areas of the park, enjoying family-friendly rides, visiting the zoo and taking part in seasonal events and attractions available on the day. This activity is designed to promote enjoyment, social interaction, communication, confidence building and positive experiences within the community. Support will be tailored to individual needs, ensuring everyone can participate safely and comfortably while making the most of their day. Please ensure participants wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for walking. A packed lunch, drinks, spending money (if desired) and any required medication should be brought on the day. Further details regarding meeting points, timings and support arrangements will be provided following booking. Booking Rules: Maximum 4 tickets per booking – must include at least 1 adult. If booking for more than one eligible SEND child in the same family, please only reserve 1 SEND ticket unless separate individual support is required; additional children should be booked as sibling spaces.
