What we'll do
DDMIX Dance Fitness Join us for a fun and energetic DDMIX dance fitness class for ages 8 to 12, led by The Village School of Dance. This exciting full body workout combines a variety of dance styles with simple easy to follow steps, making it perfect for children of all abilities. Each session takes children on a journey through different styles music and cultures, from 1960s inspired moves to African and Bollywood style routines. With something new each time, it keeps classes fresh engaging and full of energy. DDMIX is all about having fun while staying active, building confidence and enjoying movement in a relaxed and supportive environment. No dance experience is needed, just come ready to move and have a great time.
