This event is for young carers in Cheshire East Explore Our World at Chester Zoo with Cheshire Young Carers Get ready for an unforgettable adventure as we head to Chester Zoo for a day filled with discovery, excitement, and learning. As part of our "Our World" theme, this trip will take us deep into the world of wildlife and conservation. From the towering giraffes to the tiniest insects, we’ll explore the incredible diversity of animals from across the globe. Along the way, we’ll learn about the vital work being done to protect endangered species and preserve natural habitats. This isn’t just a day at the zoo—it’s a chance to: *Discover fascinating facts about animals and their environments *Understand the importance of conservation and how we can all make a difference *Take part in fun group activities and challenges *Enjoy a delicious lunch and spend time with friends Whether you're passionate about animals or just love a great day out, this trip promises to be inspiring, educational, and full of fun. Transport by coach will be provided from local pick up points in Congleton, Alsager and Crewe - times for each location will be confirmed a few days before the trip. Spaces are limited, so book now and join us for a wild day out with Cheshire Young Carers. We hope you can join us and we look forward to meeting you all. If your plans change and you can no longer attend our session please go through the EEQU website to cancel your space. Our club is for young carers only—children who help care for a family member. It is not intended for siblings who are being cared for. We offer an inclusive, universal provision. As a non-specialist HAF provider, we ask to speak with parents/carers of children with SEND to ensure we can provide a safe and suitable environment that meets their needs.
