Cultivating Connection

A summary
“You are the World, and the World is You.” ~ Jiddu Krishnamurti
We/the World are suffering.
It is no coincidence that we live in a time of both human crisis and planetary crisis. We are one.
We/the World needs Connection.
Learning how to be in Connection is how we step into the flow of being in service to Life.
For the sake of future generations (of all species) we need to create a culture of connection – to nature, to each other, to ourselves. Forest School can be an opportunity to create such a connective container.
However, we live in a modern, judgemental, consumeristic society which does its best to disconnect us – from nature, each other and ourselves. It can be difficult to ‘do’ connection when other people are looking at us funny!
So how do we step into the flow of Life and connect? How do we know when we or others are ‘in connection?’ And what effect will that have on the world and life?
Together we will dig deep and explore these questions drawing inspiration and active hope from those who have dedicated their lives to connection, including Jon Young and Joanna Macy.
