A summary
Arrive at Malvern Cube for 08.45 where we will be travelling by coach to Go Ape Wyre. After a safety briefing we will then take part in their Treetops Adventure course which is a challenging but fun high ropes course that ends in a giant zipwire. After completing this we will all enjoy a lunch in our dedicated Forest Shelter. The lunch will be a buffet of: • A fresh crusty baguette with a choice of fillings: Tuna crunch, Roast ham & cheese or Avocado & tomato. • A homemade tray bake (either Chocolate flapjack or Oreo • brownie). • A packet of crisps. • Vegetable crudities and a dip. • Homemade lemonade and lemon-infused still water. *gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options available on advanced bookings, please contact us if there are any other dietary requirements so we can check with the caterer. We will then enjoy a walk around the Wyre Forest and a play on the adventure park before leaving there at 15.15. We will reach Malvern Cube around 16.00. Eequ will be used to send any updates about travel information. Closed toes with flat soles are essential. Tops must be worn and must be full length (i.e. no bare midriffs). We recommend comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Rain doesn't stop play in the Go Ape world and its seriously good fun, so bring a mac. Please bring a refillable and named drinks bottle with you, plus snacks if wanted for the journey. Young people will be provided with a Cube Youth wristband to wear for identification purposes, this must be worn throughout the trip. We will travel back from the centre at 15.15, reaching Malvern Cube around 16.00. Eequ will be used to send any updates about travel information. Young people are responsible for their own belongings.

Important information
This trip will start at and return to Malvern Cube and will be supervised by experienced and qualified Youth Workers. Cube Youth cannot take responsibility for any belongings that do not make it home, so please do take care when getting changed that you have all of your items with you. Closed toes with flat soles are essential. Tops must be worn and must be full length (i.e. no bare midriffs). We recommend comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Rain doesn't stop play in the Go Ape world and its seriously good fun, so bring a mac. Please bring a refillable and named drinks bottle with you.
What we require
Our charity strives to be inclusive, but attendance is reliant on young people being able to adhere to our Code of Conduct. Young people must also be able to attend independently. Young people must follow the rules of our Code of Conduct, a copy of this is available on our website www.malverncube.com/youth and when signing in to a session. Any persistent misbehaving will result in a temporary suspension or permanent exclusion as we strive to ensure that everyone feels safe at each session. If young people have any concerns during a session then we urge them to raise this there and then with a Youth Worker so we can resolve this. Young people must attend independently and are responsible for signing in upon arrival and signing out when they leave. Behaviour that compromises their or other's safety will result in a telephone call to collect the child and will lead to a permanent exclusion.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your space if you cannot attend so that we can offer it to somebody else. Refunds may not be given if cancellations are made less than a week before the activity. We do reserve the right to implement suspensions and/or a permanent ban if young people do not adhere to our Code of Conduct whilst at sessions.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
