At Crystal Academy, we pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy towards rudeness, disrespect, or disruptive behaviour from either parents or participants. This includes inappropriate language, hostility towards staff or other families, or failure to follow our code of conduct. We also expect punctuality and cooperation from all attending families. Persistent lateness, disruptive conduct, or failure to engage respectfully with our team may result in removal from the programme. As this is a funded provision provided through the Department for Education, participation is a privilege, not a right. Crystal Academy reserves the right to withdraw or refuse future bookings if our standards of respect and conduct are not met. We aim to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for every child and family — where kindness, patience, and respect always come first.
