What we'll do
Acrobatics Skills & Trick Training - Suitable for all levels, with coaching adapted from beginner foundations through to advanced competition skills. Each day will focus on developing and refining acrobatic skills including balances, limbering, tumbling foundations, flexibility drills, partner work and trick progressions. From cartwheels to advanced tricks, dancers will be challenged at their own level and encouraged to learn something new every session. Acrobatics: Walkovers Aerials Front & back limbers Leaps & turns Hoop poses and transitions ...we will help you with all of them! Aerial Hoop & Aerial Skills: Students will explore aerial technique, conditioning and skill-building on the hoop, working on strength, shapes, transitions and confidence in the air in a safe, structured setting. Competition Technique & Performance Training: Focused sessions on turns, leaps, kicks, extensions, performance quality and technical drills commonly used in competition and performance settings. Daily Skills Challenges: Every intensive includes a “push yourself” challenge — helping dancers work towards a new skill, trick or personal goal each day, with coaching tailored to individual ability. Strength, Stretch & Conditioning: Technique starts with strong foundations. Sessions will include flexibility, conditioning and safe body preparation to support progress and injury prevention. Choreography & Creative Development: Alongside technique work, dancers will explore combinations, choreography phrases and creative tasks to build artistry and performance confidence. Designed to Progress Every Dancer: Every day is structured to help students learn something new, improve something existing, and leave stronger than they arrived. All abilities are welcome — whether your child is newer to acrobatics and aerial, or already competing and wanting to sharpen technique, coaching will be adapted to challenge every individual at their own level.
