A summary
This fun and energetic session combines the fundamentals of trampolining and gymnastics to help children develop coordination, balance, strength, and confidence. Through structured warm-ups, skill-building exercises, and creative movement games, children will practice basic gymnastic shapes, jumps, rolls, and trampoline techniques in a safe and supportive environment. Children will be encouraged to try new movements, work individually and in small groups, and celebrate each other’s progress. The session promotes physical fitness, spatial awareness, and self-esteem, while allowing plenty of opportunities for creative expression and fun!
