A summary
COV Youth have been running HAF trips for a number of years now. We will travel by coach to and from each venue so please arrive on time. Your child will need to bring a bag to carry drinks and snacks provided by us. They may bring a water bottle. Lunch will be provided. You will be contacted for food requirements once all bookings are in. We are running trips to Hatton Adventure World, Red Kangaroo, Drayton Manor and Paintballing. You may book onto one of these. Our day begins with the children collecting drinks and snacks and meeting the COV team before getting on the coach. During the day they will be invited to take part in a nutritional activity. Please do not send any money or additional food with your child. Please check all details about each trip before booking. ( See info for trips section) These trips are for children only. You will be contacted for food requirements and to complete a waiver if needed.

Info for each trip
HATTON ADVENTURE WORLD Not just a day at a farm! There are many experiences for us to take part in - laser combat, sheep racing, indoor adventure play area, reptile handling and more. Activities are for 11-16 years. Your child will need to wear sensible shoes and a coat.. Once at Hatton Adventure world we will meet our guide who will have a fun packed day arranged for us. We will get the opportunity to feed and hold animals including reptiles and guinea pigs and use the huge indoor play area, tractor ride and hopefully a game of laser combat. Lunch will be a packed lunch. you will be emailed choices so please look out for any messages in Eequ. Please check with your child before ordering for them. This is a great day out with activities arranged by the guides for the ages of the children. Please check all details before booking. This trip is for children only. Limited places may be available for an essential carer to accompany their child if 1-1 support is needed, please contact us for more details. (Hatton will require proof) RED KANGAROO Once at Red Kangaroo the children will remove their shoes and put on their bounce socks they will then listen to a safety briefing. After their fun, very physical session, they will have lunch before we return to COV Youth. ready for you to collect. Lunch will be provided by Red Kangaroo. Lunch will be pasta and we will contact you for food requirements and to complete a waiver. Please check Eequ for any messages. If your child does not eat pasta please speak with us when the food request is sent out. Please do not send any money or food with your child. Please check all details before booking. This trip is for children only. DRAYTON MANOR THEME PARK Please can your child wear sensible footwear and bring a waterproof if needed. Once we arrive at Drayton Manor the children are divided into small groups with a member of staff depending on the type of rides they enjoy. They will stay in these groups. We meet for lunch before continuing around the park. Lunch will be a packed lunch, you will be emailed choices so please look out for any messages in Eequ. Please check with your child before ordering for them. Please do not send any money or food with your child. If your child will not eat the food provided please contact me in advance. Please check all details before booking. This trip is for children only. PAINTBALLING Your child will need to wear trainers, a long sleeved top and bring gloves. Goggles and overalls are provided. This is a very physical activity with plenty of running around and being hit by paint balls. Waivers will be sent out for you to complete. On arrival, the children will pack their chosen snacks and drinks and during the day they will engage in a nutrition activity. Once at NPF Bassetts Pole they will be equipped with protective equipment and listen to a safety briefing before using the equipment. Lunch will be provided by the venue during the day, this will be sandwich platters, fruit and veg. We will return to COV youth for the children to be collected.
