A summary
Build strength, boost confidence, and feel great—inside and out! Our HAF Train Confidence sessions are specially designed for young people aged 14–16 who are new to the gym and have previously attended the TEEN HAF Gym sessions. These group fitness classes focus on functional fitness and gym-based activities in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment.
