A summary
Join us for an engaging 12–4pm Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) session delivered by Community Sparks Change in partnership with Lambeth Council, designed to support children to stay active, creative, and well-nourished during the school holidays. Participants will take part in a varied programme of out-of-school activities, including structured sports, team games, and fun indoor activities that promote confidence, teamwork, and wellbeing. Alongside this, every child will receive a nutritious, healthy meal and balanced snacks to support their energy, learning, and enjoyment throughout the afternoon.

Community Sparks Change has experience delivering community-based activities for children and families in Lambeth, working closely with local residents and partners to respond to local need.
Inclusion and SEND support
This session is welcoming and accessible to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our team will take a supportive, flexible, and child-centred approach, adapting activities where needed so every child can participate comfortably and confidently. Staff will work closely with children to ensure they feel safe, included, and able to enjoy the activities at their own pace, with appropriate support available throughout the session.

Eligibility criteria
Lambeth HAF-funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals and attend a school in Lambeth. (Please note, this is different to universal free school meals that are available to all school-aged children) Each child can book up to 4 sessions in total this Spring with any provider.
