Get Into the Christmas Spirit with Cobras!

Join us for 2 days of basketball excitement at Cobras Basketball Club! Our Christmas Basketball Camp is the perfect opportunity for primary and secondary school players to develop their skills, have fun, and make new friends. With expert coaching, high-energy games, and the possibility of special guest coaches, you’ll level up your game while enjoying an unforgettable Christmas break of basketball!

Our camp will be held at Kings Academy, Binfield Sports Hall, RG42 4EX. There is plenty of parking.

Alongside our basketball programme, we’re also introducing a range of new activities and multi-sport options, including:

• Multi-sport games
• Team challenges
• Fun fitness activities
• Christmas-themed colouring and arts & crafts
• Board games & activities
• Skill-based competitions and tournaments
• Christmas-themed games and challenges

This gives players the chance to mix things up, stay active, and enjoy a more varied camp experience. Whether you’re here to sharpen your skills on the court or try something new off it, there’s something for everyone this Christmas at Cobras!

What to Bring:

A packed lunch and snacks (don’t forget your water bottle to stay hydrated!)

Comfortable clothing and sports shoes – no special equipment needed. If you have your own basketball, feel free to bring it along!

Players are welcome to wear their favourite Christmas jumper or festive T-shirt for a chance to win a prize! Players can also wear Christmas-themed accessories for some extra festive flair. (Please leave full costumes, large accessories and face paint at home)… Players need all hands free for slam dunks and fast breaks!

Our coaches will be getting into the festive spirit with Santa hats, Christmas jumpers, reindeer antlers and fun festive head boppers — because even the staff like to get into the Christmas spirit!

Important Notice:

We are a 100% nut-free zone, so please avoid bringing any items containing nuts or sesame, such as nut-based spreads (like Nutella), granola bars, nutty snacks, and more. Your cooperation helps us keep the camp safe for all kids, especially those with allergies.

Our team of qualified, DBS-checked coaches will guide your child through fun, Christmas-themed activities, ensuring skill development and enjoyment throughout the camp. We also have a pastoral staff member on-site to offer support and encouragement.

Many of our campers go on to become Cobras members, and we’d love for your child to join the team!

⭐ Coach Alex ⭐
Alex joined Bracknell Cobras in 2020 and now coaches full-time with the club. With a Level 2 Coaching qualification and experience playing National League and academy basketball, Alex brings energy, experience and a passion for helping players develop their skills, confidence and love for the game.

⭐ Coach Ludlow ⭐
Ludlow’s basketball journey has seen him develop through some of the highest levels of youth basketball in the UK and Europe. Earnt a place at an academy in Kent, followed by further development in Spain. Recognised as one of the top point guards in the country for his age group, Ludlow brings valuable playing experience, knowledge and passion for the game.
