What we'll do
Get in the Game This Summer with Cobras! Join us this summer for our Cobras Skills Camps, running as focused skill-specific sessions designed to help players improve key areas of their game. These sessions are perfect for primary and secondary school players looking to develop their confidence, technique, and basketball IQ in a fun, supportive environment with our experienced Cobras coaches. We will be running two Skills Camp dates this summer. On 31st July, we will host a Ball Handling Skills Camp, with sessions running from 10–12pm for ages 10–13 and 12–2pm for ages 14–18. On 7th August, we will run a Shooting Clinic, with sessions from 10–12pm for ages 10–13 and 12–2pm for ages 14–18. Each session costs £13 per player. HAF Spaces available. All sessions will take place at Kings Academy, Binfield Sports Hall, RG42 4EX, where there is plenty of on-site parking available. Players should bring a snack and a water bottle to stay hydrated, along with comfortable sports clothing and trainers. Please note that lunch will not be provided. Players are welcome to bring their own basketball if they have one, although this is not required. Please be aware that Cobras Basketball Club is a 100% nut- and sesame-free zone, so we kindly ask that no food items containing nuts or sesame are brought to the sessions, including nut-based spreads and snacks, to ensure the safety of all participants. Cobras Basketball Club is Ofsted Registered, and Childcare Vouchers can be used for our camps. All sessions are delivered by qualified, DBS-checked coaches, and a pastoral staff member will be on-site to provide additional support. Many of our camp players go on to become Cobras members, and we would love to welcome your child onto the court this summer. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Cobras Basketball Club was established in 2010 to provide an opportunity for young people from age 5 - 18 to enjoy basketball from regional to national competition level. ​ ​Since then the club has seen great success under the guidance of the coaches and has grown to have in excess of 450 members and we have recently added three adult teams which play in the local Wessex league.

It also reflects our commitment to creating a secure, structured, and supportive environment where every child can thrive - both on and off the court.

HAF bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else and give us time to cancel the lunch order 48 hours before.
