What we'll do
Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) is a research-based program for caregivers of children aged 4 months to 6 years. It is delivered in a group setting over 8 weeks and helps parents understand their children's emotional needs and develop secure attachments, thereby helping children grow into healthy adults. It focuses on observing and improving the parent-child relationship to provide security and support. The programme helps parents to provide a secure base for their child and their exploratory behaviours, which, in turn, improves their child’s attachment.
