What we'll do
We are an independent gym based in Labels Shopping Centre. Our aim to to become an integral part of the local community helping benefit health and well-being. We currently run our Youth Sessions after school during term time on Monday's and also offer longer sessions in the holidays. Each session will include 2 fun workouts, education on the benefits of exercise, fun activities and lunch, plus a drink. Our instructors are level 3 or 4 personal trainers and understand the benefits of exercise and movement. We are offering 10 spaces per session to children in receipt of free school meals. If you're not eligible your child can still attend. Paid spaces can be booked via this site or using the 'MyWellness' app alternatively contact the facility on 01989 552162,

21Wellbeing Gym
Health and Wellbeing for the local community
We are an independent gym based within Labels Shopping Centre Ross-on-Wye. Our aim is to provide a community based exercise environment supporting all ages. We use Technogym equipment and technology our instructors and personal trainers are experienced and qualified in exercise prescription.
Timetable
You child will be given two 45 minute workouts along with some fun Easter Themed activities. Sessions will include lunch and a drink. Please ensure your child attends in sports kit including trainers or sensible shoes for exercise. Please also bring along a refillable drinks bottle for each session.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Paid for places via MyWellness require one week cancellation prior to the start of the session. No refunds will be issued after this time.
