What we'll do
Children will be warmly welcomed to a fun-filled Christmas celebration! The day starts with Christmas-themed games to get everyone moving, followed by festive arts and crafts where children can create their own holiday masterpieces. A hot lunch will be provided to keep little ones energised. The highlight of the day is a special visit from Santa, complete with festive gifts. The fun continues with a party featuring live music, dancing, magic, and games. Packed with creativity, laughter, and festive cheer, this day promises to be a memorable Christmas experience for every child!

Party, Dance and Move with Confidence!
School’s Out – Let the Christmas Fun Begin! Our holiday workshop will be full of festive cheer, movement, and creativity—perfect for keeping kids happy, active, and inspired over the holidays. The day will be packed with dancing, arts and Christmas crafts, musical games, and a hot, nutritious meal. Our Christmas Party offers a safe, friendly, and joyful space for children to make new friends, try new things, and leave with smiles and happy holiday memories.
What to expect
What Should I Wear? Wear whatever makes your child feel happy and ready to move! Comfy clothes like leggings, joggers, or T-shirts are perfect. Your child is welcome to dress in festive costume or Christmas jumper. We will provide some additional Christmas dress up items so that everyone has a choice to get festive with their fashion. What About Drinks? We’ll have drinks available, but if you want to bring your own water bottle, that’s great. When You Arrive Please wait in the main reception – one of our friendly team members will come to meet you and sign your child in. We'll check your details so this may take a few minutes. Food & Drink We will provide a hot, nutritious meal along with plenty of healthy snacks and drinks throughout the day to keep your children energised and happy. Please let us know if your child has dietary requirements.

Safety First
Drop-Off & Grown-Ups We ask that all grown-ups (parents, guardians, etc.) drop you off at the door and don’t come into the space. This helps us keep everything super safe, as only adults with DBS checks and the correct training are allowed inside. Safety First! While the session is running, all doors and exits will be locked so everyone stays safe. Pick-Up Plans If someone different is picking you up, different to the person who dropped you off, then please let us know! Important Medicines If you need to bring any medicines (like an inhaler), please make sure they’re clearly labelled. Hand them to a staff member when you arrive, and don’t forget to take them home at the end of the day.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Please adhere to drop off and pick up times. We cannot look after your children outside of the stated hours. Parents are not allowed to stay onsite during the provision.
