A summary
A fun day of mixed martial arts & games, starting with Thaiboxing at 10am until 11am with multiple World Champion Joe Ryan, warm up stretching, pad & bag work, partner drills & technique
11-12 - traditional Japanese Jujitsu with Paul from Team Wijjif jujitsu - self defence.
12-12:30 - Lunch break with FSM lunch provided by Hursts (own pack lunch is optional)
12:30-1:15 - Mma with coach Jack Dunn
1:15 - 2pm - wind down the day with some games & Yoga, stretching & breathing exercises
