A summary

Chill Den Holiday Club is OPEN this Easter! We’re creating a vibrant, welcoming space where your child can dive into a wide range of activities— Easter egg hunts, arts and crafts, baking, sports, park trips, team games, creative challenges, and so much more. Every day brings something new to explore. Whenever the weather is on our side, children will be heading outdoors to make the most of our beautiful Herefordshire surroundings. Expect forest school adventures, woodland walks, nature based activities, and plenty of fresh air fun designed to spark curiosity and confidence. We can’t wait to spend an egg-citing, adventure filled, few days you all soon!

We are a privately run holiday club based at Weobley Primary School in rural Herefordshire. Our team prides itself on offering a caring, friendly, and supportive environment where children can enjoy a wide range of fun, engaging activities throughout the school holidays. We welcome children from ages 2 to 15, ensuring that each age group has activities suited to their needs and interests. Bookings through the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme are available for children from who are eligible. Please visit their website for further details

So...what will we be doing?

We will be holding the following activities: • Easter inspired sports games including obstacle courses, egg and spoon races, Relay and more! • Our Annual Easter Egg Hunt! (keep your eyes peeled) • Team Games to include Dodge Ball, Floor is Lava, Bench Ball • The BIG easter Team Quiz! - prizes to be won! • Arts and Crafts: Mask Making, Sock Bunnies, Flowerpot bunnies, Clay Modelling: Easter Baskets • Baking: Easter Nest Cakes, Easter Biscuits • Autumn Walk followed by the park! and as if that is not enough… we also: • Make use of the outdoor space including the trim trail • prepare stations for various ages within the hall including pool, table football, the 'chill out' zone and for our EYFS children, Tuff tray activities and 'small world' play.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 48 hours before the start to receive a full refund.Please note: A session must be cancelled within 48 hours to receive a full refund. HAF spaces do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so your child's place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
