Unleash your inner champion! Experience action packed combat sports lessons such as wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu & MMA, suitable for all ages and abilities! Our program combines the exciting combat sports disciplines of wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), teaching techniques and building confidence. Beyond the mats, enjoy fun fitness games that boost agility, strength, and teamwork! An incredible Bio Bounce inflatable party! Conquer a giant inflatable run with challenging obstacles - jump humps, crawl tunnels, climb steps, and zoom down slides! It's an active adventure for everyone! We fuel our participants with delicious, healthy snacks, plus a hearty hot lunch and breakfast snack. Join us for an unforgettable summer where fitness meets fun at CHAMPS CAMP!

It is our mission to promote physical and mental health, self discipline, and community cohesion by reaching the most at risk and vulnerable groups in society. We aim to tackle issues such as financial barriers to participation in sports, social isolation, antisocial behaviour, obesity, holiday hunger and mental health issues. Our core values are based on the principles of ‘Budo’ aka the martial way. These principles are; respect, honour, integrity, honesty, courage, compassion and loyalty. We believe that promoting these positive attributes through sports, martial arts and wellbeing; the lives of children, young people and families in our communities can be positively changed for the better. We provide a variety of free of charge and subsidised martial arts, sports and wellness activities to children, young people, families and other at risk groups of people. We partner with local schools, clubs, charities and the local authority to identify service users and their needs. Safeguarding is paramount to all we do and our staff, courses and facilities are rigorously assessed so that everybody we train can be mentored, and be encouraged without fear of harassment.

Please can all children bring a water bottle each day. Please wear comfortable clothing with no zips - a PE kit would be perfect!

Cancellation Policy

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.It is vital that parents/carers inform us if your child is unable to attend. Our places are free of charge and we often have a waiting list - no shows mean that other children waiting for a place miss out. Please let us know if your child can attend, try to allow plenty of notice.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
