A summary
At CCSJ Music Club, we will explore musical concepts like pulse, rhythm, dynamics and tempo using our voices, our bodies and a variety of instruments. We will learn familiar songs and compose our own! We will explore a wide range of musical genres including classical, jazz, contemporary and music from around the world. Using games, songs and storytelling, we will explore more musical concepts like pitch, melody, and musical expression. And most of all, we'll have fun using our imagination and playing together!

I am a local parent and primary school music teacher. I recently moved to Oxford in 2025 and I currently run weekly music classes for children under 5 as Little Birds Music. I love to sing, play piano, ukulele, drums and dance! I am excited to start a new music club at CCSJ for Reception and KS1.
