What we'll do
Free 6-Session CBT Course for Depression – 10 Spaces Available As the winter months draw in, many of us find things a little harder. If you’ve been feeling low, overwhelmed, or struggling to find motivation, please know you’re not alone and support is available. Starting this December, we’re offering a free, 6-session CBT course for depression, running through the New Year. It’s a gentle, structured programme designed to help you understand your thoughts, build helpful coping strategies, and reconnect with hope during a time that can be especially tough. The sessions will be led by an HCPC-registered psychologist with many years of experience and a specialist background in group work. You’ll be supported in a safe, non-judgemental space alongside others who truly understand. Only 10 spaces are available, so early booking is encouraged. Completely free for all participants.
