A summary
Carlisle Youth Zone provides a wealth of activities for Young People to take part in which change on a daily basis. We've been running Holiday Clubs for 14 years based around core activities which include sports (using our Gym, sports hall and 3G pitches), arts and crafts, music, dance and drama, cooking and baking. Alongside what we can deliver in our purpose built Youth Centre, we also have a variety of visitors who come in through the Summer to bring something new to Young People in the area. We split our provision in to 2 age groups: Juniors: for age 8-11 year olds, centre based activity Seniors: for age 12-16 year olds, activity takes place both in centre and in the local area. Please note that Senior sessions will be taken out of the building on supervised walks and trips. Therefore, young people must wear suitable clothing and footwear and be able to partake in these offsite activities.

A modern purpose built Youth Centre
Carlisle Youth Zone (CYZ) is a modern, purpose built Youth Centre who provides Youth Clubs and Holiday Clubs to Young People aged from 8-17. Our vision is that all Young People feel seen, valued and heard. Holiday Clubs run throughout all school holidays, with Youth Clubs running 6 nights of the week, 52 weeks of the year.
