Children’s Services We can provide support for children of any age and for any length of time. We take referrals from families, social workers or from other professionals and can accept payments from direct payments or contracts with the social work teams. We run clubs and activities throughout the year and do extra play-schemes in school holidays. We run many of our services in the Grace Little Centre a fully accessible building which has a sensory and soft play room as well as an outdoor play area, IT equipment, activity room and games room. It also has specialist moving and handling equipment for those requiring it.
Important Info
Please note that booking a ticket does NOT guarantee a place. We will take into account children on the waiting list to ensure sessions are shared out equally and fairly. Please ensure when booking, you select the correct ticket type for the needs of your child. Does your child require 1:1 support or can they be safely supported in a 1:3 ratio? (3 children to one support worker) If you are new to these sessions, please book the ticket you feel is correct and we will confirm this after the completion of an initial assessment.
What to expect?
Drop off and pick-up's are from the Grace Little Centre (Kingstown). Session times are 10am to 3pm. Due to these sessions being trips, please can drop-offs be PROMPT as time is limited and we want to ensure children can make the most of the activity. Please make sure your child has weather and activity appropriate clothing and footwear, along with spare clothing. Although we provide food and drink, we encourage children to bring a water bottle to refill throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Confirmation emails are sent out prior to the session. If we receive no response 48 hours prior to the session this will be classed as non-attendance and spaces will be offered out to others on our waiting list. 1:1 or 1:3 spaces will be allocated to children by us after the completion of an initial assessment. Please ensure you are booking the correct ticket type for your child as spaces are limited and unfortunately incorrectly booked tickets could result in cancellations.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
