What we'll do

We are looking forward to welcoming young people to our free Forest school that is available in the dates listed below. Join us for our exciting new Forest School Club - a free outdoor programme where children can explore nature, build confidence, and learn through play. Activities include den building, nature crafts, fire lighting, tool use, and plenty of fresh air! Who we are: Transformative Action4Youth is an ambitious, proactive charity focused on driving forward the crucial youth agenda to transform lives for the better. Every child should have the opportunity to be heard, to be safe and to succeed. Collaborative We believe change is most impactful when delivered in collaboration with other youth agencies and key partners. We build partnerships across sectors so that we can share resources and expertise to secure the best possible outcomes for young people and their communities in Buckinghamshire and beyond. Empowering We listen and engage with our young people to give them a voice in developing our work and agenda. Our Youth Board and groups have a fundamental role in ensuring our programmes meet the needs of young participants across a wide spectrum of differing backgrounds including young people from the most deprived areas of society, those with disabilities and additional needs, and those who need support and inspiration to reach their goals and surpass limitations.

Kit list and rules

✅What you need to bring: Waterproof jacket, a cap, an extra set of clothes, towel in case you get wet, shoes you can get wet or dirty, a long-sleeved top for caving or archery, trousers of tracksuit bottoms for caving that can get wet and dirty, suntan lotion, water bottle. ✅Behavioral contract Caldecotte Xperience implements a traffic light behaviour management system which can be seen below. Through the programme we expect good levels of behaviour and a respect for other participants and instructors. Participants may be asked to leave immediately if it is judged a Level 3 category has been reached. The guardian will then be contacted to pick up the participant. Communication with the participant’s guardian will be made if Level 1 & 2 behaviours continue. A plan of action will then be agreed between the Head of Centre and the participant’s guardian.
