Winterfest 2025 Get ready for the ultimate Christmas celebration with Express Coaching Services supported by Notts County Council! This festive season, we’re bringing you a jam-packed holiday program full of excitement, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Whether you love bowling, dancing, games, a bouncy castle or Christmas treats, this event has something for EVERYONE. The venues have changed with Bull Farm site being hosted at the Mansfield Civic Centre on Monday, 22nd December and Mansfield Superbowl on Tuesday, 23rd December. Grown-ups would need to drop off the children at each of the sites during their drop-off period and collect from the same venues at the relevant times below. The sessions will not be based at the schools for these two sites. What’s Included? Christmas Party Fun on Monday 22nd December 2025, 10.45 am drop off by grown-ups at the main entrance of the Mansfield Civic Centre, we will have banners up to show this, 13:00 pick up from Mansfield Civic Centre. -Music, dancing, and holiday vibes -Party games with fantastic prizes -Festive crafts & creative activities -Bouncy castle fun -Festive entertainers with arts & craft station -Even a Christmas jumper/dress-up competition! Bowling Adventure on Tuesday, 23rd December 2025, 12:30 pm drop off at Mansfield Superbowl, main entrance, as we will have staff to register your child, we will send an email to pre-order your child's hot meal option, collection at 15:00 from the main entrance of the Mansfield Superbowl. -Strike your way into the holidays -Friendly competitions & team games -Festive entertainers with arts & craft station -All bowling equipment provided FREE Festive Meal Enjoy delicious Christmas-inspired food and snacks to keep the energy high! Spaces are limited We’re unable to support children who need 1:1 or 2:1 supervision, unless they have a carer with them who has all the safeguard requirements in place. If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan, please bring a copy on the first day If your child needs medication, please make sure it’s taken before camp and let our staff know Got Questions? We have been delivering Holiday Activity and Food provision in the Mansfield areas of Bellamy, Bull Farm and Asquith for the last 3 years. We offer a range of activities from Arts and Crafts, Food and Nutrition and sports. We ensure it is enjoyable by all taking part.
