A summary

We are an inclusive club which prides itself on keeping active and enjoyment. A typical day would be as follows 8:45 - registration 9:15 - session 1 10:15 break and snacks 10:45 session 2 12:15 - lunch 13:15 indoor activities 14:15 break and snacks 14:45 session 3 16:00 indoors to de register 16:30 pick up All activity’s are aimed to be active, fun and inclusive as well as teaching the core values of sport and exercise. All attendees will receive a healthy lunch and snacks through our each day
