A summary
This Holiday Club session will offer an exciting and energetic programme designed to keep young people active, creative, and engaged. Participants will take part in boxercise, where they will learn basic boxing-inspired fitness techniques in a safe and non-contact environment. This activity helps build stamina, coordination, discipline, and confidence while promoting healthy lifestyles. Adding to the excitement, participants will enjoy zorb ball activities, providing a unique and high-energy experience that promotes balance, teamwork, and safe risk-taking under supervision. Alongside the physical activities, there will be Easter-themed arts and crafts, allowing young people to explore their creativity, develop fine motor skills, and create seasonal items to take home.
