What we'll do
When you arrive we will provide your children safe environment and fun space. Your child will play other children with youth workers who have DBS and safeguarding training. We also provide a free healthy lunch such us: A-sandwich some fruits and water. Some examples of the activities we provide are: Art & Craft Face painting Traditional games Story telling Poetry Dance Online safe use information Drawing We look forward welcoming you to our holiday activity with your child.

Bristol Horn Youth Concern
Ensuring bright futures for Bristol youth.
Bristol Horn Youth Concern is a community interest company (CIC) that was formed to support young people aged 11-19, mainly from an East African, though not exclusively Somali background. We provide a range of activities and support including sports, leadership skills, advice, and training on employment. Our aim is to provide positive opportunities and activities for young people to reduce the risk of falling into criminal activity including gangs, using drugs and anti-social behaviour. We educate young people on the consequences of their choices and empower them to make better choices and provide them with the tools to do so. We organise weekly sporting sessions including basketball and football for young people including girls. They are run by qualified sports coaches and youth workers. We also have detached youth work teams who go out into the community, make contact and engage with young people. They encourage them to join our activities. We do this proactively and also reactively in response to concerns from the community about antisocial behaviour.
