A summary
We know staying active young is key. Our dedicated Junior Gym sessions make building healthy habits easy. Our experienced Gym Instructors will show how to use the equipment safely and help plan a workout for you. Your membership also allows you to join into a casual swim session and over 14's can book onto one of our many Fitness Classes. We have two dedicated days as part of our HAF programme which will include lunch, but you can also attend on any other day and use our facilities.
