Looking for a relaxed space to unwind, connect, and recharge? Join us for Men’s Books & Bites—a welcoming session where good conversation meets good food. “Books and Meals: Fuel for Men’s Wellbeing.” Starting in September 2025, come along every Thursday from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm at: Bank House, 8 Chapel St, Shaw OL2 8AJ Enjoy meaningful discussions, shared meals, and a chance to support your mental wellbeing in a friendly, no-pressure environment. Pull up a chair, bring yourself, and be part of something positive.
