What we'll do

Winter Holiday Provision Plan This winter, we will be offering an exciting and engaging four-day winter provision packed with a wide variety of indoor sports, games, and creative activities to ensure that everyone has a fun, active, and memorable experience during the festive season. Our programme is designed to bring young people together in a safe, welcoming environment where they can socialise, build confidence, and take part in enjoyable group activities while staying warm and well-fed throughout the week. Day 1 – Festive Fun and Celebration (11.30 -3.30) We will begin the week with a festive celebration featuring a traditional festive lunch with all the trimmings, followed by a lively festive quiz to test everyone’s knowledge of holiday traditions, music, and movies. There will also be PlayStation gaming sessions, friendly competitions, and a range of fun indoor activities designed to encourage teamwork and laughter. The focus of the day will be on sharing food, making friends, and spreading festive cheer. Day 2 – Party Time! (11.30 -3.30) Mid-week, we’ll turn up the fun with a festive party day! There will be a disco with great music, colourful lights, dancing, and lots of opportunities for everyone to enjoy themselves. Party games and competitions will keep the energy high, while delicious party food and refreshments will be served. This day is all about celebrating together, having fun, and creating positive memories in a joyful and inclusive environment. Day 3 – Hot Lunch and Trip to Ninja Warrior (11.30 -3.30) Our second day will combine adventure and challenge with a trip to the exciting Ninja Warrior venue. Participants will have the chance to test their balance, strength, and agility in a fun, supportive setting. This activity promotes physical fitness, resilience, and confidence while ensuring everyone feels included and encouraged to take part. A warm, nutritious lunch will be provided before or after the trip to make sure everyone stays energised for the day’s activities. Day 4 – Brunch Buffet and Youth Club Activities (9.30 - 1.30) To round off our winter provision, we’ll host a relaxed and social brunch buffet, offering a variety of breakfast and lunch options. Afterwards, we’ll provide youth-club-style activities, including table games, creative crafts, and indoor sports, giving everyone a chance to unwind, socialise, and reflect on the week’s highlights.
