A summary
Our BiG Elite Football Development Programme works with a small group of year 7 boys who play under 12 football to develop their game understanding and acquire the tools needed to advance to academy level. This programme is a selection based programme where attendees have to satisfy the appropriate development programme criteria as the aim is to work with the best at grassroots who just fall short of academy level. The trial is free but those invited to register onto this 10 sessions programme will be expected to PAY the appropriate fee. Although this programme will enable attendees to develop the mental side of football, they will also enhance their technical ability following a thoughtful devised development syllabus that will provide a platform for attendees to 'prepare' to move the ball within 3 seconds - quick but in control.

Our 10 sessions BiG Elite Football Development Programme is designed to bridge the gap between good standard grassroots and academy level concentrating on the mental side of players football growth. Focusing on doing the basics well and enhancing attendees game IQ. This programme will also develop transferable skills needed in the game such as leadership, problem solving, decision making, communication and team working.
