What we'll do
A class for Bhangra Fitness, where we make fitness fun! Each child ticket will have one accompanying adult ticket. Adults are to accompany children for the whole sessions, this is a family fun session. A hot healthy meal will be provided for the children. This is more than just a workout — it’s a celebration of culture, community, and connection. Families who dance together build stronger bonds, and our class offers a unique opportunity to unplug from screens, share laughter, and create lasting memories. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to introduce children to the joy of movement and rhythm in a supportive, inclusive environment. We will learn traditional Bhangra moves to the latest Bhangra tracks involving your arms and legs. We will then finish the class with a group routine using the moves we learned and earn our lunch! No experience required, just big smiles and high energy! Come along and let’s have some fun!
