A summary
Children will learn basic health and safety for acro dance while developing fundamental acro skills. Sessions will include forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, and splits, alongside strength and flexibility exercises. Participants will build coordination, balance, body awareness, confidence, and safe movement techniques in a fun, supportive, in a structured environment. Prepacked lunches will be provided to all participants, fruit snacks are also available during breaks.
