What we'll do
Children will enjoy a mix of sports and physical activities, including football, basketball, dodgeball, and cricket, while also taking part in skill-building games that promote teamwork, coordination, self-belief, confidence, and independence. Through engaging enrichment activities, participants will gain valuable experiences that enhance self-esteem and encourage leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills preparing them for future challenges. Every child healthy, happy & active for life.
Try new sports, develop skills whilst making new friends and having fun in a safe and relaxed environment! Open to children aged between 4 and 12 years old, everyday is jam packed with opportunity for children to improve their skills and knowledge in many different sports, games and physical activities, all in a friendly and safe environment. Our Sports Holiday Clubs promote healthy lifestyle choices and will improve children’s skills and knowledge of many different sports and activities. Our Venue Coordinators plan varied carousels of activities and sports to complement our programme of feature days, based on the weather, facilities, ages, ability and preferences of the group. Children also have the option to choose which sports they will take part in during our popular “children’s choice” sessions. Children should wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring plenty to drink. All Bee Active coaches are fully insured, DBS checked, trained in paediatric first aid and safeguarding children.

Hi all, my name is Scott and i have been with been with bee active for 6 years as a casual staff member and now a full time. I am based at abbey hill school and college in the term time and at Newcastle school holiday club in the half terms.
What you'll need
• Children will need to wear clothing suitable for sports including trainers. Please avoid wellies and crocs. • We head outside as often as possible so children will need a coat and warm clothing suitable for the weather forecast. • Lunch will be provided but please send children with a water bottle. These can be refilled at the venue. • We are active for a large portion of the day so children may wish to bring extra snacks for mid morning and mid afternoon break.
