A summary
Dear Families, We are thrilled to invite your child to three exciting Easter events just for them! As part of our ongoing support, we are offering students aged 11-16 years, who are entitled to free school meals, the opportunity to take part in a fun-filled trip to the Climbing centre. This is a fantastic chance for children to meet their friends and enjoy some amazing activities together! Students will take part in a one-hour climbing taster session, led by the staff at the centre. Afterwards, they will receive a grab food pack to enjoy at the centre or take home with them. Important Information: These events are not supervised beyond the initial sign-in by BCA staff, so students will be attending independently. Parents are welcome to stay during these sessions if they prefer. We hope your child will join us for these fun-filled days, and we look forward to seeing them there!

School holidays can be difficult for some families. The cost of extra food, childcare, and activities to keep children active and entertained can be challenging. The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme is a scheme funded by the Department for Education. Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
